Delivery Policy

About Delivery Methods

We specify the delivery method, and generally, customers cannot choose their preferred method. We do not accept specific date and time preferences as a rule.

Delivery Duration

In general, after completion of delivery, the arrival is expected within 2 to 3 days. (In the case of remote islands, it may take 3 to 4 days.) However, this may not apply in areas where natural disasters or large events are taking place. Please be aware of this in advance.

Concerning Damages During Delivery

While we take utmost care to ensure that the outer packaging remains free from scratches or dents during the packing process, there is a possibility of damage or other issues occurring during transportation due to unforeseen circumstances or the responsibility of the delivery service provider after handing over. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches or dents on the outer packaging that do not affect the use of the product.
